The Vision Quest is a ceremonial rite that is found in cultures and traditions all around the world.  Although we deeply respect all ancient wisdom, the Vision Quest experience offered at Mountain Sky does not follow any one tradition or culture, and is designed for individuals who live in the modern world. This is an eight day program which involves preparation time, the four days and nights of the quest, and time after the quest for clarification and reintegration.  The quest is a four day solo experience which includes fasting from all things familiar (except water), time with your self, the beauty of nature, and the Creator.  In today’s modern world filled with confusion and distractions it is an infinitely powerful choice to set aside four days to sit in the sacred silence and seek clarity on the purpose and meaning of your life and what unique gifts you bring to the world.  In four days the insights and understandings received will open the doorway to leading a life of freedom, meaning, and joy.  A vision quest will deepen your understanding of yourself, your relationship to the world, and all things.  During a quest each individual has the opportunity to reconnect with the purity with in their heart and leave the quest with the ability to move beyond the fear and emotional blocks that are hindering personal development.  Ultimately a quest is not only a gift to your self but a gift to the world; it is a profound and powerful tool for personal transformation.  For more information on the experience or format of the quest please feel free to call or email.
